The same exact model of 2012 Giant Roam 2 bike is being sold, used, by a lot of people in my country. Why?

I'm interested in this bike, and it looks good, price seems right (250). But I'm skeptical because it's way too common. Is it a bad bike for some reason?

Of course, these are not sold by the same person making multiple listings, it's actually many other people selling their same exact model.
