Hey folks,
I want to shorten my reach on my Grail size m. The aerocockpit 440mm/70mm is too long and too wide.
Canyon is only offering a 420mm/60mm option.
I don't think this will be sufficient so I want to swap the cockpit to a standard stem and bars. Canyon is only offering a kit for this conversion for their 1 1/4" forks.
To my understanding the fork is standard size 1 1/8" so i could go for a standard stem clamp size but I worry about the spacer/headset geometry.
Will the stem cause any issues pressing on the aero shaped spacers or headset cap? Does someone have experience with this?

Hmmm. I’m not sure how the handling will feel with a stem shorter than 60? You have no concerns about that?
