Sram force etap. Bought used and did not check for cracks when I bought it. Spend too much time perfecting the brakes only to see this when about to bar tape. Only hand tighten them first before seeing this. Feeling devastated right now.
Yep, it’s a goner. Had a GRX Shifter break in the same spot. Since the same piece of plastic also supports the hydraulics there is not much to do about it in terms of fixing since it really is the main part that is broken

You can epoxy them and wrap them with fibreglass.

If you search you can find someone that can plastic weld that. It won’t be pretty, but it’ll be under the tape and grips so you’ll never know.

I don’t see anything wrong with trying to get them fixed but if I were in your shoes I wouldn’t get my hopes up.
If you can return them, go for it, but since they were bought used I don’t know if that’s a possibility.

If they have warranty still available, your dealer might be able to adress that
