Bought a nice bike but I can’t find a video to adjust front derailer, seems strange they haven’t thought of that when it’s only online sale.
Isn’t it a strange design with a hole on the bottom where dirt can collect?
What is this hole between the 2 bolts, there is a plastic strip sticking out?

The hole is the bottom is for any water to drain out .
