That’s half price new. It’s a good drivetrain, a decent frame. Ok Shimano 2-piston hydro brakes. Solid tires. Fork is on the cheaper side but it is an air shock and you can always upgrade it later if not to your liking.

Solid drivetrain, meh fork, gorgeous paintjob. I would haggle a bit and for $450-500 it would be not that bad.
