I’d swerve that. For 1200 CAD perhaps try and find a Canyon Endurace or something like that.

Looks like a TT bike converted to a road bike. With the seat tube height and handle bar angled like that, I’d say it was way too big for the previous owner too.
Wheels and drivetrain is nice but overall this bike is not worth over 1k
