Blue Lug – Kamiuma

Hell yes! Visited all of the shops and the lug cafe on my bike packing trip in Tokyo! Employees were happy to chat and ask about our bikes even with the language barrier 🙂

Who does the accounting, and how do they maintain profitable. I want to see the business model and inventory logs.
