I’m thinking about getting a Canyon Grizl, but I have two concerns:
1: Frame size
I am 195 cm tall and have an inner leg length of 95 cm, so according to Canyon I need to go for the 2XL, but the problem is that I’ve a relatively short upper body and a Grizl has a long reach. Would an XL be better maybe?
- Comfort
The main reason for me to look after a gravel bike is because they are more versatile and more comfortable than road bikes. I owned a Trek Madone (framesize 61 cm) but didn’t really like the aggressive geometry and although I did a bike fitting, I always had back and neck pain. I didn’t really like riding on it. I read that the Grizl too has a quite aggressive geometry so I’m concerned that it’s not the right bike for me. Is it possible to alter the stack/reach to get a more upright position? What are your thoughts about this? What would be a better alternative?

Do you actually intend to ride gravel? I’d get an XL Endurace and be done with it.
