Bought this bike about a month ago and have been cleaning it up. Proctor frames were built by Brad Proctor out of High Country, a shop in Edmonton, Alberta. These were all custom build. He even made bikes that went to the Olympics. This one is Reynold 531c tubing, campagnolo drop-outs, plus a mix of campagnolo super record and dura ace components. New tires would probably make it look better. I do not know the year. The shifters are synchro I, which were only made in 86-87, so maybe that year but not sure the other components match the years.
