Looks like the S would have been a slightly better choice.
Does it feel off to you or why are you asking? I mean you can probably ride both sizes but most important is how you feel on the bike.
I have nearly the exact measurements as you (just 1cm shorter inseam) and had a chance to test the Ultimate in M and in S.
Even though I could have ridden the M and it felt okay, I went with the S as I felt instantly even more comfortable and less stretched.
