A quick internet search for spoke length calculator or similar will reveal a number of calculators, most of which will talk you through the process.
If you aren’t building the wheels yourself, I’d talk to your builder first.

with all respect I would not recommend using 1x on any of these hubs. The reason being that 1x is not strong enough when using disc brakes and you are risking either snapping spokes, ripping them out of the rim or hub. Personally for disc brakes I would reccomend 3x for front and rear as it will have enough strenght to prevent wheel flex that could destroy your parts.

Which spokes and nipples are you using?
Can you source even or odd spoke lengths (or both)?
Do you know you could build those wheels with 2x lacing easily, as well as 3x (which would result in a stronger wheel, though the 3x might require that you align the spokes at the spot where they enter the rim)?
P.P.S.
The listed “Spoke Hole Dia.” is probably stated for the rim (nipples) – on hubs it is 2.6 according to the graphs you posted.

Did you [measure the ERD](https://bike.bikegremlin.com/9266/effective-rim-diameter/#3) to confirm it (that is one info that factories don’t always get right)?
