Just picked up my first road bike, a 2010 Specialized Allez, for $200. Was this a fair price?
I’ve installed new tubes and it seems to ride like a charm. What parts do you recommend I update next for a better riding experience?

Fair price if in good condition.
Entry level 2300 components.
Entry level to high quality components: 2300, Sora, Tiagra, 105, Ultegra, Dura-Ace.
Replace the tires too if they are cracking or wearing out.
If you ever want an upgrade then upgrade to a new or newer used bike with 105 or Ultegra components. The newest Sora or Tiagra and up will upgrade the up shifting to a pair of shift levers behind the brake levers instead of a button on the hoods on the 2300 shifters.
