Doesn’t matter how it looks man just how it feels. Now when you start canting your bars and seat at wild ass angles to accommodate for your body type, that’s when you need to go up or down in size.
If you’re comfortable with this set up, I’d say you’re fine

Seat post height also helps with barspins to help pinch.
Otherwise, it’s all preference.
How does it feel? Personally, on that bike, the angle would not work at all.
Back in the day I had my seat zip tied to the frame I’m sure your fine
