Hi, im a clueless noob and im trying to fix my girlfriends rim brakes for her vintage roadbike. Right now the braking action is very poor and the pads seem to be far from the rim. The lever is also stiff so the cable might need replacement, but how do I adjust the pads/get the brakes working?
