Would this +20 mm adapter work for a 220 mm rotor on a 200 mm brake mount?

Recently got a new fork with a 200 mm brake mount and now I need a new adapter for my 220 mm rotor. My shop only has this 180 mm adapter which is also +20 mm and looks identical to the 220 PL2 adapter. Are they really the same thing?
