I would probably take the synapse, but switch out the saddle right away or it won’t be enjoyable, and get it fitted properly. The stem could probably be turned upside down if you want a more aggressive position. Check which bottom bracket they use, not sire if this is BB30 or a BSA threaded type. Either way it can be fine just something to be aware of.

Unless this is CAD, none of these bikes are worth $600. I wouldn’t pay over $400 usd for any of these. They’re great old bikes but very overpriced.
With that said, I’m biased towards the Cannondale bikes. Some of the best 2000s road bikes. I vote the Synapse.

These bikes won’t all fit the same rider. Figure out what frame size you need before buying.

I would stay away from carbon. You can easily overlook a crack on the frame.
