Summer of 2020 will for always be defined by emergence and spread of coronavirus disease, covid-19. As a consequence of the spread of covid, countries closed their borders and most people faced the opportunity to either travel domestically and learn to know better their own countries, or see in disappointment when their holidays were passing by.

The love of nature, especially mountainous places, got me to plan a journey to learn to know my own country, Sweden, better. What could be a better combination of two hobbies; hiking and biking to experience from close range the country from north to south? This video depicts my journey from climbing Sweden’s highest mountain, Kebnekaise, to biking from Kiruna in the North to Smygehuk, the southernmost point in Sweden.

Thank you all who helped me on the way! Special thanks to Asef Alizada for making this video.
