It’s the same derailleur just with oversized jockey wheels, which is supposed to make the chain more efficient, though I think the results are very minimal
This bike is like a base model Ferrari with none of the expensive options picked, you are buying the brand. It is designed for racing and stiffness, IDK what kind of riding you do, but this bike does speed well and that’s about it. I would prefer a Cannondale or Trek of similar vintage that is more comfortable with upgrades like new wheels or more tire clearance over this bike, personally, but you are the one looking at it
