These tires have less than 50km on them, but my back tire was punctured by a big rusty screw.
Would you still ride it? As a stop gap measure i put some duck tape over the whole on the inside while waiting for a new tire.

That barely counts as damage. Casing is fine, tread is unaffected. Send it.

I would ride those without hesitation. If you really want to, you could apply a patch with rubber cement, but I wouldn’t even bother.
I’ve used tape and glue if I’m too worried.
My rule of thumb is that if I fit my thumb in I won’t patch it
Maybe put a tube patch on the inside if you’re worried about it.
It’s fine. You can patch it for peace of mind, and put it in the rear for more peace of mind. I wouldn’t be concerned.
Tire looks fresh. Are you tubeless? Get the foreign material out and then either let the sealant do its job or plug it. If not tubeless then put in a new tube and keep riding.
What’s the worst that could happen?

If you’re worried put a dollar bill over it.
You could use contact cement to attach a patch to the inside of the tire if it makes you feel better but this should be fine. Bigger holes and cuts can widen over time but this looks small enough that there won’t be much stress on it
Patch it and you’ll be fine just make sure nothing sharp is inside it.
