FRESH HOOPS! Project “Paula Jean” 1968 Western Flyer. My bike shop guy decided my original unmatched hoops were beat, so he gave me these Schwinn S-7 ones for free! The front spokes are new, but the rears are not, so I had to polish those up a bit to blend better with the new.

Nice! Just a heads-up, you will need to find tires specific to the Schwinn S-7 size. Standard tires won’t fit on the rims. You can find S-7 tires all over eBay and Amazon. Your bike shop guy might be able to get them for you as well.
