Hello! I’m looking for a new (to me) bike and stumbled over two interesting deals:
1. Aeroad CF SLX Disc 8.0 Di2 2018
“Old” Di2 6800 / 6870 SS RD
Reynolds Strike SLG 60mm
upgraded with a Quarq Elsa Carbon Power on a Dura Ace crank
\~3000 EUR

2. Aeroad CF SL Disc 8.0 Di2 (2020/2021?)
New Di2 8000 / R8050 SS RD
DT Swiss ARC 1400 62?mm
Powermeter not sure/asking seller
\~3500 EUR
unfortunately I couldn’t find the old datasheet on canyons website
Both bikes have similar colour and I expect them to be in similar condition. Biggest differences seem to me new/old Di2, the wheels and quarq powermeter vs none/unknown. Geometry seems fairly the same too: [https://bike-stats.de/geometrie\_vergleich?Bike1=Canyon\_Aeroad%20CF%20SLX\_2018\_M&Bike2=Canyon\_Aeroad%20CF%20SL\_2021\_M](https://bike-stats.de/geometrie_vergleich?Bike1=Canyon_Aeroad%20CF%20SLX_2018_M&Bike2=Canyon_Aeroad%20CF%20SL_2021_M)
For me it looks like the 2018 is the way to go unless it is in a bad shape. What are your thoughts on the differences between these two models? Do I miss out on something?
