The rotor is an Ice-Tech Freeza MT800 paired with a M6120 caliper. The metal pads are already bed-in correctly.
The brake strength still feels normal, and I can still lock up the wheel pretty easily when firmly pulling the lever.
The rotor was used on contaminated pads a few days ago, but I had decontaminated both the pads and the rotors using IPA & sandpaper & burning the pads. After that, the brake strength was back normal.
I tried wiping it again with Isopropyl Alcohol 99% but it didn't erase the brown-ish marks. Also it only has this kind of color on one side. Should I worry about this even though my brake strength isn't compromised currently?

Yeah it’s perfectly normal. Metal gets discoloured when it heats up. Some metal alloys more so than others. You’ll be surprised just how hot a rotor can get after a long braking session too. I’ve seen people throw water on them that instantly turns to steam
Just stop using it to wipe and that should go away
IPA go in mouth Fred. Not good for pad 🙃
