Boardman ADV 9.0 2025 Carbon

I’m looking at buying my first real bike and am looking at the Boardman ADV 9.0 2025 Carbon in purple. I’d be doing rides with my children, solo adventures across road and gravel. I’m wanting to take advantage of the cycle2work scheme so will get the bike at a discount and pay over 20 months which is why I’m looking at this kind of price range. Any recommendations of other comparable models or cheaper models/ tips would be amazing. Also what pedals should I get??
