I need to remove a cargo rack, but one of the screws is stripped. I’ve tried using pliers, which just slipped, and supergluing an allen key into the hole, which just fell out when I tried turning it (while dry).
Any idea on how I can remove this without having to go out and buy anything? I’d prefer to preserve the cargo rack, but I’m so desperate I’ve contemplated using bolt cutters to cut it off (but even then, the screw would still be stuck).

If you have a torx bit you can try hammering that in and seeing if you get get some bite. Otherwise I’d go for an extraction tool.
If you’ve got some kind of cutting tool you could turn it into a flathead screw
Dremel a slot and use a slotted screwdriver.
Vice Grip/Channel lock around outside of head. If you don’t have these, the serrated roundish part further in on a pair of needlenose pliers.
Can you use drill with small bit?
If you can, use that strut/bar of that cargo rack to initially turn the screw (Only works when the bolt is fastened against the strut/bar).
Remove all the other screws and then use the cargo rack bar as a lever to turn the screw. Once it’s loose you can do the rest with regular tools.
Edit: otherwise use proper vice grips to grab the head of the bolt from the outside and turn it loose.
Least destructive method first.
Rubber glove around an Allen key
Hammer In a torx bit
Cut a slot in the head and use a flat screwdriver
Drill head off remove rack and use vise grips
Drill and try using an easy out
Drill the bolt out completely and chase the threads with a tap
