I’m in need of advice as to whether or not I should buy this bike. According to the seller, within the last 200 miles they’ve replaced the chain rings, cassette and chain. They were actively putting new shifters, and said if I took it without the shifter cables installed, the price would be $450. Talking to local shops, the cost of that labor would range from $100-150. Is this a good deal for a starter road bike? Thank you all for your help!
