      the golden rule/or sods law of parking your bike is that if someone can knock it over they will. or run into it with a pram, or shopping trolley, or sit on it. As a result I am insanely paranoid as to where i leave it! 😉

      I found the best TIME "SPD pedals (TIME pedals are now made by Sram). They have different clit system but all part are provided, the cheapest are the best very light and double sided, with been more angle rotation on foot then Shimano.

      Next time you do this, please ask Dan to explain "stack and reach" measurements. People throw those terms around like we're all supposed to know how to interpet them.

      Great vid, not a bike fit question, but I'd really like to know why they don't make helmets for bigger heads. I have a 63.5 cm head and the decent helmet options are virtually non existent. Wondered if a fitter would have any insight.

      I have 170 mm cranks but I might benefit from 165 mm as my legs do come up quite high at top of stroke but it is not easy to change crank lengths on my Cannondale supersix it has a FSA crank setup. Interesting I might have look at trying short length though

      I saw somebody asked the name of the cafe and where it was … Brooks Deli & Wine Bar, The Courtyard, Flood Street, Ockbrook, Derbyshire.

      Never been there but it looks great!
