I got a serious decision to make: Which bike should I choose?
The contenders are:

I apologize for some of the shops being in German, but I wanted to share the actual offers.
I bought a Van Rysel EDR AF Centaur last year (which is a fantastic bike for 1.000 €) and ride around 5.000 km per year. I’m not really into racing but I like the long rides with > 200 km and want to start with brevets next saison. Given n+1: I want to upgrade and as you could guess am looking for a carbon endurance bike.
I’m kinda sure I’d like to go for Ultegra Di2, but if there are strong arguments for the SRAM Force then please don’t hold back.
Now to the bikes: All of them are a little more on the sporty side of endurance bikes which is exactly what I want. Canyon and Giant also come with an integrated power meter and canyon has an integrated storage solution in the top tube which I think is handy but messes a little with the optics of the top tube.
This brings me to my next point: Looks. If I am spending that amount of money on a new steed I want it to look nice. That is probably why the cervelo caught my eye when I once saw it action. The green metallic is beautiful. I really like the colorway of the Giant as well and the canyon is probably the best bang for the buck, but also the most standard looking bike.
As the groupset is identical I’ll just skip this. I‘ve attached a geometry comparison table but for me they all seem to be fairly similar with the giant and cervelo having a stack-to-reach ratio of 1,46 and canyon is at 1,51, so it’s probably a little bit more relaxed, than the other two.
I am sure every option is valid and a great bike but I want it to be the best one for me. So please fellow riders – help a brother out and tell my which one to choose!
