Is there a negotiation price that would make this 2014 Cervelo S2 a reasonable buy given the upgraded carbon wheels? Not sure about the mixed groupset.

$2500 for a 105 equipped rim brake bike is ridiculous. Even in CAD.
With the carbon wheels, I’d want to see this no more than like $1500 USD, and even that is pushing it. It would really depend on what the wheels were.
To put this in perspective, I’ve sold three bikes in the last year.
* 2010 Steel 10 Speed Dura Ace Rim brake bike with Zipp 303 + Mavic alloy wheels – $1600
* 2022 Steel 11 Speed Dura Ace hydraulic disc/mechanical shift with DT Swiss Alloy wheels and a full carbon cockpit- $2400
* 2019 Full carbon everything, Ultegra 11 speed Di2/Hydraulic disc, Enve Foundation wheels – $2300
So yeah, this is overpriced.
