its low end and pretty old. 250 at the most.
It is a nearly 20 year old frame, but with upgraded components, a Chris king headset costs $200, those shifters and derailleurs are newer than the frame, same with the wheels I believe, the cranks looks cheap, but I would ask the seller questions about the upgrades and why he put so much $ into it, it’s worth more than $250 and $480 I don’t think is too bad
