Tighten the disc lockring
You have center-lock rotors. Center-lock rotors mount on to the hub via a spline and nut. There is some play between the spline of the rotor and spline of the hub that allows the bike to roll back and forth like that…one of the reasons I don’t like center-lock rotors.
