Is this a good deal

I want to start with this bike as a newbie to bikepacking, with the idea of doing +5000km this year, is this bike good enough?
It is listed for 500€ but the owner is in Italy and I am in Belgium, so I'll have to pay for shipping. Is it a good deal?

Also I cant tell exactly what size are these tires and its not stated in the description.
