I’m looking to buy a used commuter bike and found this listing. I’m new to buying used bikes, is there any info you can gather/surmise from this listing? Just want to know the year, value, parts, etc. that I should consider. Talking to the seller and seeing if he can provide more info.
Does this seem worth considering?

Forgot to add, the seller is also including rechargeable USB lights, a pump, and a bike lock.
