Thoughts on this Santa Cruz Stigmata CC ($1400)? My guess is that it’s a 2019 by the color and has full SRAM Red. I’m no expert when it comes to how components factor into pricing so any advice on whether this is worth it or not is welcome.

Very decent bike. Many brands are still selling this gen of SRAM in the lower spec levels. Honestly, this isn’t too bad of a price. Its pretty old, but the last two gens of Stigmata’s were super popular bikes.
Be warned though, if you buy this bike, by rebuild kits for the levers now. They are disappearing and the bladders in those levers for the hydraulics tend to fail. Also, keep an eye on the nipple holes in the rims for cracks.
One last thing of note, the biggest tire you’ll get in the back of that thing is a 38, if you are lucky. The front can take a 40.
