I had my bike on the stand because I needed to fix some forked wobble from a rushed assembly. I was dumb and let my fork fall out when loosening bolts, and let the spacers fall off. When I had everything assembled (to my liking), I found a rubber seal which seemed to fit under the dust cap. Then after the second assembly, I found this translucent plastic ring, and it seems to be the same size as the spacers, but I have no idea where this should go. Anyone have a good idea about this? Thanks.

That usually goes in between the lowest spacer and the headset bearing cap (the part with MAS on it). It keeps the spacers from creaking against the cap. Typically not necessary…unless you get creaking.
