I just got my first full suspension mtb, a canyon nueron 5 but after assembling it it started making extremely high pitched noises, usually when I am going slow but happens every so often when I’m going fast, does anybody know what this noise is and how to fix it?

Yeah this is break rub, could be the brake but also the break disc.
brake rub for sure. Easy enough to align the rotor a bit using a clean crescent wrench, just remember small adjustments make big changes.
