The seller has it listed for $800 which seems a bit steep. I want to negotiate on the price but also don’t want to low ball him—what do you guys feel like it’s worth? Thanks
(The fourth picture shows some kind of mark on the tire which also makes me wonder if it would need new tires)

Similar 10 speed bikes go for 500-600. Your local area may have some regional price differences. For 800 I would expect 11 speed carbon rim brake. I would also seriously consider new entry level rim brake aluminum bikes from companies like Giant and Trek for ~900.
Like the other guy said, 600 tops for this bike. The little dimple in the tire is a wear indicator; replace the tire when the hole is no longer visible.
Over priced . Shoot the seller an offer if they decline , I say move on
If it is your size and looks to have spent time in storage go for it. Rim brakes work
