    Speed will help and also Imagine you are racing and try to get your wheels (especially your back wheel) to the other side of the jump as fast as you can. Over time you will start “pumping” through the jump and have easier time clearing the jump.

    Shooting hoops, you don’t squat down for a jumpshot right?

    Don’t be shy, stand up with the pop off the lip. If you’re getting bucked slow down the rebound.

    Standing up connects the pedals to the feet. Push the hips forward in a bar hump. This adds structure to your movement on the arc.

    Now push the bars up and over an imaginary basketball to match the front wheel to the landing.
