Big milestone: my 11y old is now better than me. Not only have I got nothing more to teach him, but I actually genuinely struggle to keep up. Luckily he is a shit climber, so still needs me to pull him up the hill (i.e. me “not skipping leg day”)

Must be awesome seeing your kid going way harder than yourself. I am always astonished whenn i see young kids doing stuff on a bike i probably never will
