    Just a pin spanner but if it’s loose enough, needle nose pliers might do the job.

    Like they said pin spanner. It’s really for aesthetic purposes so you could pretty easily break it if you wanted to since it’s made of plastic

    I had to remove a couple of those the other day and they’d basically fused into the threads. 45min later I had then out in pieces…

    I just used to stick a tiny allen key or screwdriver in there and rotate the dust cap

    Use the Shimano TL-FC21 (or any generic tool) on the wider end and it’ll fit perfectly.
