  1. Geometry looks a bit off. Given your height, perhaps a 52cm would be a better fit.

That said, if it feels good and you can’t return it, ride it!

i’m 5’7 with like a 28 inseam and little arms, i felt way too stretched forward with a 54cm al2. i ended up selling it due to having a lot of elbow pain 🥲

  3. Main question is how you feel on it, being 5.7 too I feel alot more comfortable on 52s than I did on 54

Its hard to judge by the photo (for me at least), but things look off.
Your stem looks pretty high up, I would try lowering.
Take another photo with the stem lowered, and with your foot at the bottom of the pedal stroke, with your knee slightly bent……that would make it easier to assess. Proper shoes and pedals would probably help too.
If you plan to do much road / gravel cycling, spending some money on a proper fit is well worth it for most people.

Too big for sure, but you can make it work. I suggest you drop the bars as far as you can because your stack height is taller than ideal for your size. As far as saddle height goes it’s kinda hard to tell with those shoes. I assume you don’t plan to ride in them (right? *right?*) so maybe get your riding shoes and take some more pictures through the full rotation of the pedals.

Seat needs to go up at least an inch, drop that stem, and you may be in the ball park. But, it does look a touch big
