My pedals keep moving to the left, the whole assembly, and I can't word it right for Google to understand what I'm asking. I tried loosening the 3rd Pic parts, made it looser for sure, but couldn't move it side to side much. Thought maybe loosent the bolt on the "axel" in Pic 4, but ima ask ppl who know before going further, nothin worse than taking a bunch of shit apart just to find out ur wrong and u gotta reassemble everything w no progress…..anyhow, I love riding my bike around, cuz I'm homeless, and a bike to a homeless man is like a golden ticket compared to hoofin it everywhere. I think you probably need a new bottom bracket, yours is probably broken, and a new left crank arm.
THis is going to be hard without parts. The good news is these parts are widely available.
I suggest you find out if there’s a bicycle repair co-op nearby. They often have bins of suitable old parts and will be a good source of free help. Good luck.

Without disassembling the thing it is hard to say exactly what has gone wrong. Probably the bearings have failed due to water infiltration and lack of lubrication. Just return to the steps you referred to doing in slide #3 and complete the disassembly – it should be fairly obvious what has gone wrong. These bottom brackets are fairly inexpensive and generally easy to repair.
