I have a bit of rust developing on my bad weather/winter commuter bike. I would like to stop the rust from spreading and maybe clear over it to protect the paint (which I dig). I don’t mind the ratty look, but would like to protect the frame. Would something like a rust converter (Ospho?) and then some clear primer and clear coat be the way to go? How would you go about frame protection?
