I found this bike at a used gear store last week and given its price (as much as the saddle would’ve cost me new) I had to pick it up. I’ve searched all over to find some information on this bike and have come up empty, so here I am asking if anyone knows anything about this bike. It’s labeled as a Leconte Rapide, but has a small logo on the non-driveside chain stay that says Cycl-Art, San Marcos, CA. It’s my understanding that they did restorations of old bikes, but can’t find any info on this one in particular. Any insight would be much appreciated!

For anyone who’s interested, it’s a total hodgepodge of parts. Campy headset and Campy Rcord hubs laced to Mavic MA3 rims, Deore XT rear mech and Ultegra front mech, TA Specialties crankset and BB, Dura Ace downtube shifters and Suntour Suberbe brakes. The owner of the shop threw on this new Brooks saddle because he liked the old and weathered one that came on the bike.

Thinking I may give this to my father as he’d appreciate it and doesn’t have a road bike any longer. Cheers!
