    It looks like you unloaded the suspension late/not at all. Your body position was kind of the same the entire time, meaning the bike was controlling you, and not the other way around. Some call this dead sailoring. If there were a gap or a lower landing area you would have rotated forward even more and it could have gotten sketchy.

    Generally you want to “stand up to the jump” meaning stand up and kind of push against the jump as you are going up the lip. I can’t explain all the physics behind it but it definitely works.

    You started bringing your weight forward up the lip because as a logical human being the thought of pumping into the jump to get more air is insane. You need to keep your legs steady and pump into the face of the jump as hard as it’s pushing back on you

  3. Your front wheel is falling before the rear wheel leaves the ground. This will lead to forward rotation every time. You’ll get plenty of advice. You have to figure out how to keep the front wheel traveling up until the rear wheel leaves the ground.
