I’m buying replacement rotors for my canyon endurace cf6, but my bike is in my college residence and i don't have access to it right now. Official website only said rotor size 160mm, but is it 160 for both front and rear or 160 front and 140 rear?

Both are 160mm centerlock
You can check in the geometry of components table on the website, this is screenshot from the table of parts, but if you go to the geometry table and switch to the geometry of components table, there it should be.
