my frames toast
all my components are more than 10 years old
this bike is listed at 400
going later to see if i like the size
any reason to be skeptical or not buy it if everything is in working order?

i've been riding fixed gears for like 20 years but don't know much about buying as i've always just recycled old parts or swapped with friends so i apologize for the super casual n00b post.

any input is VERY VERY appreciated because idk what im doing.

  1. MAKE SURE IT FITS. looks great for $400. The bar setup is goofy so he has no idea what he’s doing. Also you should to buy foot retention before riding it fixed anywhere other than your driveway.

  2. If those are shift braze on mounts on the down tube then you know it is not a true fixed gear frame. I am patial to Bianchi as I have a 2001 Strada. I am also cheap, Without seeing the components on the frame I could not tell you about the price. What kind of hubs? Crankset? Wheels?
