I’m comfortable and feel like everything fits perfectly. I ride in the mountains exclusively (on tiny dirt paths) and need a light/easily maneuverable bike.
However the place I bought it from said that it’s ‘technically too small’. But do I look ridiculous?

It does look like it’s too small for you to my eye. Do you have a local bike shop that can help you with a fitting? I think your seat could come up a bit and your bars are far too low.
