I plan to do every km of every major trail in Europe (eurovelo, greenvelo, etc) at some point. I’ve done about 10,000 so far this year
My wife and I are planning Pyrenees coast to coast in October that I’m excited about. Also planning Trans Dinarica next Spring. Looks amazing.

Top 3 favourite (already done):
1) NC500 Scotland
2) Via Francigena to Rome
3) Turin Nice rally if you love mountains (only long climbs here)
Dream:
1) Ring road Iceland
2) Santiago de Compostela
3) Crossing Balkans to Istanbul
There is European Divide Trail, cant say if its any good though.
But if you like nature, then Scandinavia always delivers.
If you like big mountains, then anything in and around the alps will test your climbing shape.
