Noticed that just when I was cleaning them. Did the coin test and it feels normal. No fall, no pothole. The wheelset is less than 3000 km old. Am I fucked ?

That is not an usual place for rim cracks – they tend to let go around nipple holes or circumferentially around the rim bed.
More likely it’s just a chip from a rock.

It’s possible that the outer carbon fiber layer is damaged or delaminated in that area. This could cause a slight loss of strength in the wheel, but I think more than 2-5% is very unlikely. I would clean the area with alcohol, seal it with clear coat (to prevent moisture from entering the laminate), and monitor whether the damage spreads further
