Is your front quick release secure? Looks like it’s in the open position with the skewer screwed in tight. Facing the way it is on the left side of the bike the lever should be facing the other way. DANGEROUS to ride it this way, front wheel could fall off! Open it up and unscrew it enough that you can lock it with the lever. The rear looks correct.

I rode one for a year. Loved it. It was built by Giant in Taiwan (left drop-out starts with “G” in serial number). I wish they made bikes like it, today. Cro-Mo frame and rugged as all get-out.
